When evaluating depreciation trends (figuring out residual values), the challenge is to identity the specificities of each of the helicopter types at stake and each of the market segments they can address. The objective is then to highlight those of the factors that can weaken or strenghten helicopter values, or at least maintain them on a nominal path.
The panel will seek to identify and clarify all these factors, ranging from Physical Deterioration to Economic Obsolescence, without forgetting Functional Obsolescence when helicopters at stake exhibit less efficient or outdated technology.
