The Airborne Connectivity System enables in-flight data exchange between ground and aircraft. Using an LTE (4G) network with up to four simultaneous data connections and 14 ethernet ports, signal loss and latency are minimised. The main function of the ACS is cybersecurity. With its encryption software, the Airborne Connectivity System provides a high level of security and can be used for video and audio streaming. The ACS can be used as a stand-alone airborne wireless access point (WAP) or as an LTE gateway.
