One of these sustainability products is RUAG's new rescue hoist and winch service. As soon as a part is arriving in our warehouse, there is an incoming inspection, and a proper tear down. The level of repair shall be defined based upon the tear down report in agreement with the customer. A total replacement of the clutch is only done whenever it applies. After all the reparations, cleaning and testings, there is the assembly and final acceptance test.
