Semia is a French company, subsidiary of Condition Monitoring Group (UK) since 2019, and specialized in Vibration Management dedicated to aircraft maintenance.
Semia owns a wide product range with many advantages in comparison with its competitors.
As its most advanced vibration analyzer, Semia designed the Syntham 5000 which allows to perform Engine Vibration Control (on Safran Helicopter Engines) and Rotor Track & Balance measurements (on all kind of helicopter) with one single modular Ground Support Equipment.
For the Engine Vibration Control function, Syntham 5000 also has the advantage to propose measurements with or without speed reference, allowing users to perform simple or advanced vibration measurement on their helicopter engines.
Semia also developed the Absorber Tuning Unit which is the only Ground Support Equipment on the market allowing to set cabin absorbers on AS350, EC120 and EC130 families, straightly on ground with no need of flight, engine start or pilot.
The system uses an inertial shaker which generates vibration of the cabin like if the helicopter was in flight. That is the cheapest and quickest way to set cabin absorbers.
Semia also recently launched its own brand-new strobe for settings of helicopter blades track : TrackLight.
In addition with its vibration analyzers tools, Semia also proposes a full range of test equipment (Accelerotester, Calibrator for SteadyControl / Syntham 5000 / or Absorber Tuning Unit, S5000/S2000 Tester) and some equipment dedicated to Training or R&D office (VibSim).
