When will the next edition of EUROPEAN ROTORS take place?
The next edition of EUROPEAN ROTORS will take place from November 16 – 18, 2021.

What will happen with my already paid participation fee for EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020?
For the already paid participation fee you will have the opportunity to shift it into a down payment for EUROPEAN ROTORS in November 2021. The participation fees for the show 2021 will stay the same. Please confirm using this possibility via E-Mail to tamara.blaschke(at)europeanrotors.eu.

In case this would be not reasonable for you we will terminate the existing contract for EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020 with your consent. We will reimburse all exhibitors of EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020 on request, with the first installment of the participation fee or already paid participation fee (stand space, AUMA contribution, waste disposal fee, media entry fee, electricity flat rate, co-exhibitor fee if applicable) of EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020.

Please confirm using this possibility via E-Mail to tamara.blaschke(at)europeanrotors.eu within the next two weeks with your bank details.

Please provide us therefore with your bank details (IBAN and BIC), to which the amount already paid for the above services for EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020 should be repaid. We will then initiate the refund as soon as possible. By sending us your account details, the existing contract for EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020 between Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH and EHA and the exhibitor will be terminated by mutual agreement. Any further claims for damages are excluded.

What will happen to my open invoices for the participation fee at EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020?
With your consent we will terminate the existing contract for EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020. If payments for the participation fee for EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020 are still due on the part of the exhibitor, Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH and EHA will cancel these positions and send you a credit note for this amount. By sending the credit note, the existing contract for EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020 between Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH and EHA and the exhibitor will be terminated by mutual agreement. Any further claims for damages are excluded.

Which conditions apply to exhibitors of EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020 for a participation in EUROPEAN ROTORS 2021?
We would be happy if you would continue with us as an exhibitor in 2021! Please register for EUROPEAN ROTORS 2021 in November 2020 at which our registration shop should be available.

The prices for EUROPEAN ROTORS 2021 will stay the same. Please keep in mind that we have an early bird disount of 10 % for applying until December 31, 2020.

Can I leave my already paid EUROPEAN ROTORS 2020 participation fee for the event in 2021 with Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH and EHA?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to shift it into a down payment for EUROPEAN ROTORS in November 2021. The prices for the show 2021 will stay the same. Please confirm using this possibility via E-Mail.

What happens to services rendered by Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH and EHA which I have already ordered?
Orders for services in our OSC shop rendered by Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH and EHA (e.g. exhibitor passes, room bookings) that have not yet been paid for will be cancelled by us and will be of no charge for you.

If these services have already been invoiced, you will receive a credit note. If these services have already been paid for, you will be reimbursed with the amount already paid.

What happens to services (e.g. alternating current, power consumption, water installation and consumption, rental stands, carpet, security) rendered by service providers which I have ordered via OSC shop of Koelnmesse? Do I have to cancel these services? Do I have to pay for these services?
Many parties have already invested time, manpower and financial resources preparing for the show. A situation such as the current one, for which no one is responsible, affects all parties equally. In this case, please contact the service provider which you have commissioned directly and cancel your contract with the service provider directly by contacting the respective service provider.

With regards to services booked at service providers, it is necessary to refer to the general terms and conditions of the service providers. We therefore ask you to show understanding for the fact that we as Messe Friedrichshafen and EHA are unable to reimburse you for any additional costs you may incur. However, as Messe Friedrichshafen and EHA we naturally try to exert a positive influence on the service providers.

What happens to services (e.g. hotel bookings, own stand construction, logistics) rendered by service providers which I have booked independently of the OSC shop of Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH and EHA? Do I have to cancel these services? Do I have to pay for these services?
In this case, please contact each service provider which you have commissioned directly with regards to how to proceed in this case and cancel your contract with the service provider directly by contacting the respective company. With regards to services booked with service providers, we refer to the general terms and conditions of the service providers. We therefore ask you to show understanding for the fact that we as Messe Friedrichshafen and EHA are unable to reimburse you for any additional costs that may incur.

Does Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH and EHA have insurance that would cover my costs with regards to this loss?
Messe Friedrichshafen and EHA has no options for purchasing insurance that would cover such a special case.
